Breaking up rock during exaction at one of our Boerne, TX projects. We are excavating this build site and leveling out the building pad envelope for new construction. This project will also include a retaining wall that will be build once excavation is complete.

Rock is being broken up with a chipping hammer attachment in a mini excavator. The rock remains will be stock piled and hauled off site. Preparing a build site for new construction is an important aspect of any project, don’t get stuck or over delayed if you hit rock or solid ground.
